• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred. • 5–10 years’ experience in commodities research, strategy or trading, with a strong cross-commodity focus. • Strong understanding of cross-commodity trading concepts, including spreads, correlations and relative value analysis. • Proven experience analysing supply and demand balances across multiple commodity markets. • In-depth knowledge of global trade flows, logistics and the geopolitical factors influencing commodity markets. • Track record of producing high-quality, decision-relevant research and market analysis. • Ability to synthesise data across multiple markets into a coherent and actionable market narrative. • Experience working with large, proprietary datasets and quantitative analysis tools. • Comfortable engaging directly with clients and supporting commercial activities, including pre- and post-sales initiatives. • While SQL or Python is not required, the ability to manage and automate data workflows is highly desirable. • Experience in trading or portfolio strategy. • Exposure to energy, agriculture and/or metals markets. • We are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
