Requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes • Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally • Craft personalised outreach to attract and convert passive talent • Screen applications, conduct initial calls, and assess candidate suitability • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support scheduling and recruitment operations • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
