Requirements

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions and continuously improving processes • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Kotlin/Java with Spring Framework. • Strong knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queuing, and retry/backoff strategies for reliable system communication • Solid software architecture expertise, including: • Event-driven architectures • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Hexagonal / Ports & Adapters architecture • Strong software quality orientation with proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration and e2e tests) • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and Cloud-Native environments (Kubernetes, container orchestration, service discovery). • Expertise in designing and implementing observability and traceability strategies, including distributed tracing, centralized logging, and metrics instrumentation. • Proven track record with microservices architectures, high-throughput distributed systems, and resilience engineering techniques (circuit breakers, retries, fallback mechanisms). • Demonstrated ownership of technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, and phased delivery strategies throughout career. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. • Additional Desirables: • Software development using AI tools • Practical experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions). • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra). • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform). • Experience with progressive delivery strategies such as blue-green deployments, canary releases, and feature flagging. • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
