volta - Project Delivery Manager (Finland)
Requirements
• Data centre project delivery experience is essential, with at least one project led end to end • A record managing general contractors on complex, MEP-heavy builds • Strong command of schedule, cost and change management • A visible, site-first leadership style with safety at the centre • Experience taking projects through commissioning and handover • Willingness to be site-based in Finland through delivery
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Finland project, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and cost • Lead a full embedded project team across all delivery disciplines • Manage the general contractor and key vendors through execution • Hold the project baseline and run disciplined change control • Set the safety and quality culture on site from day one • Drive readiness for turn-up and commissioning with the DSX team • Own project reporting, risk and escalation to regional leadership • Build strong working relationships with local partners and authorities
