Requirements

• You have 10+ years of product management experience working on consumer-facing products • You have experience owning or influencing large product areas that span multiple teams or surfaces • You have a deep understanding of discovery, search, or personalization systems • You know how to turn complex systems into simple, intuitive user experiences • You are comfortable leading through influence in highly cross-functional environments • You care deeply about product craft and building high-quality user experiences at scale • You use data, experimentation, and judgment to guide decisions and strategy • You are a strong collaborator who builds alignment across engineering, design, and data partners • Where You'll Be • This role is based in New York, NY. • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. • The United States base range for this position is $182,309.00- 260,441.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product vision for how users explore and decide what to play on Spotify • Shape discovery experiences across key consumer surfaces such as Home, Browse, and Search • Lead cross-surface strategy that connects personalized recommendations, editorial context, and user intent into a cohesive journey • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to evolve scalable discovery platforms and components used across Spotify • Identify opportunities to reduce decision friction and make exploration feel effortless and engaging • Influence roadmap and priorities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with broader consumer experience strategy • Use experimentation, behavioral data, & user insights to inform strategy & continuously improve outcomes • Act as a senior product leader, mentoring others and raising the bar for product thinking, clarity, and impact
