Requirements
• At least 5+ years in Marketing/RevOps within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Expert-level HubSpot proficiency with experience orchestrating complex automation and advanced data hygiene. • Technical Web & Tracking Fluency, including expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and JavaScript-based tracking pixels. • "Architect" Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for Marketing and Engineering teams. • Attribution Expertise with hands-on experience using multi-touch attribution tools like Dreamdata and lead-to-revenue reporting models. • Proven Project Orchestration ensuring 100% accurate attribution in high-stakes, multi-channel initiatives (Events, Direct Mail, Digital). • Experience sourcing, vetting, and deploying new MarTech solutions such as Partner/Referral platforms. • A "figure-it-out" operator capable of diagnosing and fixing execution bottlenecks without constant developer support.
Responsibilities
• Architect and govern the end-to-end marketing automation ecosystem. • Orchestrate and maintain the Global Reporting Framework within HubSpot for data integrity. • Partner with Marketing Leadership to design a measurement program that proves ROI of all marketing spend. • Serve as the primary SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the marketing tech stack, sourcing and implementing new solutions. • Act as an operational bridge between Marketing, Web/Engineering, and RevOps to eliminate execution friction. • Design technical tracking frameworks for major multi-channel initiatives with accurate attribution.
