You ask good questions, listen closely, and know how to turn ambiguity into action. β€’ You are technically fluent β€’ You can quickly become conversant in customer environments and explain complex concepts clearly. You are comfortable with topics like: β€’ SQL and Python basics β€’ data workflows and collaboration challenges β€’ notebooks and developer tools β€’ cloud and infrastructure concepts β€’ security and deployment models β€’ single tenant and multi-tenant setups β€’ integrations and customer architecture discussions β€’ You enjoy problem-solving in live customer situations β€’ You are excited by discovery calls, solution design, proof of concepts, onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical enablement. β€’ You understand the daily pain of data practitioners β€’ Messy workflows, slow notebooks, fragmented tooling, environment issues, unclear ownership, and poor collaboration all feel familiar to you. β€’ You know how to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes β€’ You can translate technical features into real value, and you can help customers understand not just how something works, but why it matters. β€’ You build momentum across teams β€’ You work well with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.
