Requirements

Responsibilities
• Rather than a long checklist, here's what success in this role looks like: • Own and evolve the three-statement financial model and drive robust, driver-based forecasting capability across the business • Lead the preparation of board-level financial reporting, acting as a critical review layer on financial outputs and supporting investor and stakeholder requirements • Improve and scale core finance processes with a strong focus on automation and efficiency — identifying and resolving operational debt across systems and workflows • Partner with the CFO to optimise systems (including NetSuite) and strengthen the link between financial data, revenue drivers, and business KPIs • Embed budgeting and financial ownership across departments, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and representing finance at leadership level • Lead and oversee FP&A output, supporting strategic planning, scenario modelling, and investment decisions • Support and develop FP&A capability within the team as the function scales • We're more interested in how you think and work than in a perfect CV.
