Requirements
• 1 + years of experience working in an account payable or similar role, processing invoices, working with cash, and managing volume towards internal periodic deadlines • Must be proficient in data entry functions • Must be organized, be accurate, and possess a strong attention to detail • Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
• Communicating payment discrepancies • Check preparations from other departments • Accurate date entry at high volume • Processing refunds timely • Processing payments timely • Experience organizing volume • Aide in any accounting deadline requests as needed • Invoice coding assistance • Electronically file all payables (invoice and credit card) backup timely with accurate naming conventions and detail
