Requirements
• Education: A degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering or computer science or other relevant discipline. • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in ASIC or FPGA verification, with a strong focus on processor verification especially using instruction set simulators. • Verification Expertise: Proficiency in SystemVerilog and C/C++ or Python for designing and implementing testbenches, and test cases for processor verification. Understanding of verification flow for creating verification plans and coverage metrics. Experience with processor models such as Spike and QEMU are an advantage. • Collaboration / Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work closely with processor architecture, RTL design, software and compiler teams to ensure comprehensive verification coverage. • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, shell or Tcl for automation. • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute verification plans for Processor units, ensuring all requirements and specifications are met. • Design and implement constrained random testbenches for processor core. • Collaborate with architecture, RTL design, and compiler teams to ensure thorough verification coverage. • Perform functional, performance, and stress testing on processor units. • Develop and maintain test scripts and automation tools. • Identify and debug issues, providing detailed documentation and reports. • Drive the development and maintenance of processor verification methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure verification milestones are achieved.
