Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own full P&L responsibility for Kings Road Merch’s international business, including revenue, margin, cost control, and long-term profitability. • Act as Co–Managing Director of Kings Road Merch, partnering closely with the U.S. MD to set global strategy, operating standards, and growth priorities. • Lead and scale Kings Road’s international footprint, initially across Germany, the UK, and Australia, with responsibility for future expansion into Latin America and Asia. • Drive commercial growth across artist merchandising, D2C, and physical channels, ensuring strong alignment with label and artist objectives. • Oversee international operations including forecasting, inventory planning, local execution, and coordination with global supply chain and fulfillment partners. • Build and lead high-performing international teams, including hiring, org design, performance management, and culture. • Partner closely with the Sony Music D2C organization to leverage shared D2C technology, data, customer service, and fulfillment infrastructure. • Maintain senior relationships with artists, managers, labels, and key external partners.
