Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering and / or Product) in a fast-paced environment • Background in agency or in-house at a startup / scale-up (ideally Series A–D) • Proven track record closing high calibre candidates in competitive markets • Strong sourcing instincts and a bias toward proactive, creative headhunting • Data-literate: uses metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes, not just report activity • Comfortable operating with ambiguity; resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure • High ownership mindset - no task too small, but always focused on impact • Strong judgment and backbone: able to challenge stakeholders and defend decisions with clarity • We care far more about judgment, drive, and craft than years on a CV • Outgoing - you love speaking to people and enjoy building meaningful relationships • Execution Oriented - we have an ‘impact first’ philosophy and a lot to get done. Responsibilities

• Own roles end-to-end: intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, offer, and close • Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies per role, blending outbound headhunting with high-signal inbound • Move quickly without sacrificing quality; maintain strong momentum from kickoff to offer • Stakeholder Partnership • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and “what great looks like” • Act as a trusted advisor - challenging assumptions, raising the bar, and influencing decisions • Upskill hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and decision-making • Quality & Process • Maintain high standards for candidate assessment, interview quality, and candidate experience • Own and improve SLAs, KPIs, and funnel health (speed, quality, volume, conversion) • Continuously refine hiring processes alongside the Lead Recruiter as we scale • Raise the bar - comfortable saying no, slowing down when needed, and protecting hiring quality at all costs
