• Program Management (~40%) • Design and launch our employee engagement survey, then work with leaders to implement high-priority, data-informed initiatives • Help train managers and team members through our first company-wide performance review program • Use Claude to keep our internal Notion hub updated with our latest people-related announcements, benefits changes, policy updates, etc. • Help plan our monthly company-wide All Hands and annual company retreat • Recruiting (~40%) • Run full-cycle recruiting for open roles: source candidates, review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process • Partner with hiring managers to build and refine interview plans and scorecards in Ashby • Maintain clean, up-to-date pipelines and report on recruiting metrics in Ashby • People Ops (~20%) • Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions, policies, and processes • Leverage AI tools to automate and stitch together various back-end processes (IT, HR, Compliance), so that we can focus on building a more meaningful onboarding and offboarding experience for our team • Partner with our vendors to triage high-priority issues related to payroll, benefits, state registration, IT, and security • Manage and monitor the systems and tools that keep our company running: from mail and swag, to IT and compliance • YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU... • Have already integrated AI tools into your daily work and have owned a major systems implementation end-to-end • Have done full-cycle recruiting, not just coordination.
