Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in pharmacy industry (PBM, consultant, manufacturer) • Experience working with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics. • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices. • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively. • Experience mentoring team members and leading knowledge sharing. • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product. • Experience working in large-scale, high-growth organizations. • 1+ years of experience with health plans, healthcare providers, or Medicare/Medicaid plan management. • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau. • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. • GitHub and dbt experience. • This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Project Execution • Lead analytics projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights. • Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections. • Ensure data integrity by developing and maintaining clear documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align analytical insights with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and financial considerations. • Proactively engage and partner with stakeholders on project scoping, logic development, and documentation. • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership. • Client Consulting • Interpret current pharmacy and healthcare trends, and meet with clients to provide proactive recommendations for plan management; find ways of adding value to the client curating offerings tailored to the client’s specific needs • Data Analysis and Reporting • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, creating visualizations and presentations for stakeholders ranging from operational teams to executive leadership. • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports. • Compliance and Quality Control • Ensure adherence to company compliance standards, including reporting any noncompliance. • Support the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirements. • Participate in internal training sessions to support continued learning and development.

Benefits

• $72,800—$115,000 USD • $92,000—$115,000 USD • $84,400—$105,500 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance. This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
