Requirements

• We run a structured 4-week HubSpot CMS ramp during your probation, with senior pairing from the Lisbon tech lead. The expectation is that you reach functional working depth in HubL, custom modules, themes, and serverless within 6 months. • 3 to 5 years of modern frontend engineering with at least one shipped project on a component-driven or headless CMS (HubSpot CMS, Webflow, Contentful, Sitecore, Storyblok, Sanity, or Strapi) • Strong frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS (Grid, Flexbox, container queries), JavaScript / TypeScript, modern build tooling (Vite, esbuild) • Track record of shipping sites that score >= 90 on Lighthouse without after-the-fact tuning, and built to WCAG 2.1 AA from the start • Direct experience working from Figma designs, translating ambitious design into production code without losing visual intent • Hands-on experience with CMS-side serverless functions for form processing, third-party API integration, or dynamic content • Code hygiene: maintainable, version-controlled code, Git workflow, code review discipline, decisions documented in code or Confluence • Demonstrated async cross-site collaboration: PR, Jira, Confluence quality that removes sync follow-up • Business-fluent English (daily working language across all sites) • Tbilisi-based or willing to relocate, with sustainable 5-hour CET overlap commitment • Genuine excitement to ramp into HubSpot CMS during the structured 4-week ramp and through pairing with the Lisbon tech lead • Direct HubSpot CMS Hub experience (a HubSpot CMS theme or custom module, HubSpot CMS for Developers I or Marketers certification, or shipped HubSpot sites) • Cross-platform CMS experience (e.g., Webflow plus Contentful, or Sitecore plus Storyblok, in production) • HubSpot serverless functions experience for forms, integrations, dynamic content • Multi-language enterprise site experience (DE, EN, PT) • You'll report directly to the Director Development & Technology, with day-to-day pairing with the Lisbon Senior Fullstack Developer HubSpot CMS as your remote tech lead and the Tbilisi Senior Backend Anchor. You'll join the Development Team as the Tbilisi HubSpot CMS frontend seat. • Core CMS: HubSpot CMS Hub (HubL, custom modules, themes, content staging, multi-language, memberships, serverless) • Cross-platform fluency expected: Awareness of Webflow, Contentful, Sitecore, Storyblok, Sanity, Strapi (you don't need to deliver on all, you need to be able to translate between them and HubSpot CMS) • Frontend: HTML5, CSS (Grid, Flexbox, container queries), JavaScript / TypeScript • Build & Tooling: Vite, esbuild, modern CSS workflows • Design Handoff: Figma • Serverless & APIs: HubSpot serverless functions, REST APIs, webhooks • Internal Tooling: Jira, Confluence, Forecast, Claude AI, Claude Code, Cursor

Responsibilities
