Requirements
• Currently enrolled or graduated with PhD in CompSci, ML, Maths or related discipline (Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, Edinburgh, Inria Willow, ENS, Polytechnique, Tübingen, Max Planck, TUM, ETH, EPFL, KTH) • Published in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, EMNLP, ICCV, CoRL) • Strong research and/or research engineering experience at leading ML research labs
Responsibilities
• Building foundational models that power agentic technology with a focus on Large Language Models and Vision-Language Models for complex environment interaction through training methods aimed at improved instruction following. • Enhancing model capabilities specifically for agent applications using large-scale reinforcement learning, reward modeling, self-verification, and feedback learning from the team's research areas. • Operating at the intersection of AI research and product development to translate cutting-edge findings into practical solutions driving superintelligent AI advancements.
