Requirements
• Deep expertise in React with modern compiler-driven patterns. • Proficiency in TypeScript for enterprise-scale applications development and maintenance. • Advanced CSS knowledge including TailwindCSS, SCSS, CSS-in-JS, animations, and browser quirks handling. • Familiarity with contemporary frontend tooling such as React Query/TanStack ecosystem, Vite styling tools, and experience in monorepos like Turbo or Nx workspaces is a plus. • Solid fundamentals of frontend architecture focusing on performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing, and maintainability are required. • Experience optimizing frontend performance with techniques such as lazy loading, code-splitting, caching strategies, Lighthouse optimizations is needed. • Working experience in complex product flows like e-commerce or travel applications including Hopper technology Solutions (HTS) platform for Stays & Packages team. • Ability to balance shipping new features with long-term thinking and multi-brand/white-label environment considerations.
