• We’ve hired people from McKinsey, from tech, from trading floors — what they share is intellectual rigor, operational drive, speed of execution and a genuine reason for being in this sector. • You likely have 6-12 years of experience, including: • At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at Project Leader or Engagement Manager level — or equivalent experience in high-intensity environments that combine design, finance, and client management • At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE, • some at Project Leader or Engagement Manager • design, finance, and client management • 2+ additional years of experience in industry, ideally in tech firms, VC-backed start-ups, or impact investing — or bringing relevant content expertise such as agritech, agriscience, climate tech, or carbon sequestration • A university degree in science or engineering (preferred) • A university degree in science or engineering • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with large datasets; knowledge of basic statistics and the scientific method; comfort with R, Python, or similar tools (including the ability to use AI tools to code and analyze/automate).
