Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps/Platform team: set technical priorities, support hiring, provide feedback, and foster a culture of ownership and engineering excellence. • Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform: cluster architecture, deployment standards, autoscaling, reliability, security practices, and developer experience. • Improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows to make deployments safer, more repeatable, and easier for engineering teams. • Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure improvements with business and product needs. • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, platform operations, and production support processes. • Strengthen platform security: access management, secrets management, network controls, compliance requirements, and secure-by-default practices. • Build and improve proactive observability: monitoring, alerting, dashboards, incident response processes, and post-incident improvements. • Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and provide practical recommendations for more efficient infrastructure usage. • Participate in production support and on-call processes for critical incidents, while continuously improving reliability and reducing operational toil. • Working with a team of people to build the future of an industry. • Non-trivial challenges and various spectre of interesting tasks. • A flexible, friendly and collaborative work environment. • Corporate culture based on common sense. • Opportunities to influence the creation of new products and their quality. • We are working to ensure that people’s lives are calm and the world safe. • Let’s become a part of the team that creates a smart and useful global product! • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
