Responsibilities
• Own and execute core accounting and controlling processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting • Partner closely with the VP of Accounting & Controlling, providing hands-on support across day-to-day operations and key initiatives • Act as a reliable right-hand in ensuring continuity, accuracy, and consistency across all accounting activities • Take full ownership of selected processes, reducing dependency risks and strengthening operational resilience • Support audit preparation and execution, working with internal and external stakeholders • Help improve and document financial processes, controls, and workflows • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale accounting operations • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and clarity • Step in where needed to support the broader accounting and controlling agenda • What you already bring to the table: • Proven experience in accounting, controlling, or auditing within a fast paced technology environment • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS preferred) • Proven experience with month-end close and financial reporting • A hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions • Extra awesome: • Extra awesome: • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment • Background in audit (Big 4 or similar) • Exposure to finance transformation or process improvement initiatives • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) • Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.
