Binance - Litigation Paralegal – Kazakh Speaking

• Provide legal and administrative support to the EU & CIS Litigation Team, with a particular focus on the CIS region. • Handle smaller legal claims that have been escalated to the Legal team. • Assist with requests from third parties, particularly data requests from courts in Kazakhstan. • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters. • Support the preparation of litigation reports for internal stakeholders. • Assist the team with the onboarding and management of external counsel, including: drafting engagement letters, monitoring costs and matter budgets and reviewing invoices and billing. • Assist in handling inheritance-related matters, including reviewing supporting documents and assessing them against current internal procedures. • Support various aspects of litigation matters, including discovery and data production. • Lead and/or support broader team projects aimed at improving efficiency, particularly AI-related initiatives. • High level of autonomy and ownership; proven ability to manage workload independently is preferred. • Hands-on, practical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
