• Own full-cycle recruiting across all US-based roles (Engineering, Product, GTM, Customer Success) • Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch - interview guides, scorecards, pipelines, ATS workflows • Partner with leadership on role design, candidate assessment, and closing strategies • Scale strategically while maintaining a high quality bar • Drive candidate experience that reflects our mission and culture • 8+ years of total hiring experience • Proven ability to hire across multiple functions • Track record scaling recruiting (10+ hires/year → 30+ hires/year) • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines • Startup operator mindset: scrappy, fast, high ownership • Track record of successfully recruiting for engineering and data science roles • Experience building recruiting functions 0→1 • Employer branding and talent marketing capabilities • Strong ability to source passive candidates
