Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A/Corporate Finance, Consulting, Data Analytics, or similar analytical roles • Advanced financial modeling skills, including ownership of company-wide operating models for planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic recommendations • Experience in GTM or Revenue Finance, with a strong understanding of sales productivity and forecasting • Proven experience building and operating bottoms-up forecasting processes • Exposure to commissions planning and incentive compensation modeling • Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth technology environments • Experience with financial planning, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools such as Adaptive, Looker, and Claude. Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and planning for the GTM organization, improving accuracy and enabling confident decision-making • Partner with GTM leadership to drive annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing performance analysis • Build and maintain scalable, driver-based revenue models integrated with CRM and planning systems • Lead commissions planning and incentive compensation processes in partnership with Revenue Operations • Influence hiring, territory design, capacity planning, and channel investment decisions through data-driven insights • Develop ROI frameworks across Sales, Marketing, and Product to guide resource allocation • Define and monitor key GTM metrics, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership • Design and automate financial workflows and tools to improve efficiency and embed finance into GTM decision-making
