Responsibilities
• Own sales requisitions from intake through to offer acceptance • Build proactive pipelines of Sales talent using LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, networking, and CRM (plus any other channel ideas you have) • Partner closely with Sales hiring managers calibrate profiles, move at pace, and keep pipelines healthy • Use hiring data - pass through rates, source mix, time to hire - to iterate processes and flag any blockers early • Contribute to team-wide initiatives alongside the broader Talent Team • Our Values & Culture 🌞 • Just Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”.
