• Deep, hands-on experience across the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, Office • A genuine power user of AI tools with real examples of how you've used them to improve how you work, Copilot, Claude Code, agentic tooling • Strong practical experience with Power Automate or equivalent automation platforms • Comfortable supporting macOS environments alongside Windows • Hardware ownership experience across endpoints, manufacturing, or operational environments • Working knowledge of security operations and Microsoft Defender • Someone who makes decisions, takes ownership, and doesn't need constant direction • AV or clinic-specific systems experience • Cisco or networking fundamentals • Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare • A track record of building internal documentation and knowledge bases
