Requirements
• Proactively advise teams, clients, and projects on cloud-related improvements in the areas of performance, availability, security, reliability, and cost effectiveness. • Help project and service managers to budget and plan cloud work, identify project or SLA risks. • Participate as a cloud engineer in our 24x7 on-call duty rotation. • Coordinate cloud work in a project with multiple cloud engineers. • The single point of contact for client, project, and service management on cloud topics for a specific project. • Make sure that documentation is created and maintained. • Govern automation at the right level and quality. • Supervise compliance with security standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
