Requirements
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a data management or operations capacity. • Hands-on experience with third-party Salesforce data quality tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, DemandTools, or similar. • Strong expertise in deduplication, record matching, merge logic, and data cleansing within a CRM environment. • Experience with cross-system data reconciliation and troubleshooting data consistency issues across integrated platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to data investigation. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels. • Proven client and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating technical findings into business-relevant updates. • Our Values • Client First — We focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes that create value for our clients. • Client First • We, Not Me — We win together. Responsibilities
• Data Quality Management • Manage and execute deduplication, record matching, and data cleansing processes within Salesforce using third-party tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, or similar. • Configure and maintain data quality rules, match criteria, and merge logic to ensure accurate and consistent records. • Monitor duplicate creation trends and take proactive action to prevent data degradation. • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation. • Cross-System Data Consistency • Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across Salesforce and integrated platforms. • Identify and address data mismatches, synchronisation gaps, and replication inconsistencies between systems. • Work with integration and technical teams to resolve cross-system data issues. • Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Contribute to data quality reporting, including dashboards and monitoring summaries on data health. • Recommend improvements to data quality processes, tooling configuration, and operational workflows. • Support the development of data quality standards and best practices.
