Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, owning intake, sourcing strategy, process, and close.
Partner with technical and executive leaders to calibrate roles quickly, drive crisp decisions, and raise the bar in ambiguous searches.
Build forward-looking pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles through talent mapping, targeted outreach, and referrals.
Strengthen quality of hire by improving interview design and signal (loops, assessments, scorecards) and using funnel/quality metrics to manage risk and velocity.
Run high-care closing and candidate experience end-to-end, including complex offer and equity conversations.
