You're running Growth Reviews and Talent Reviews with confidence and real ownership, spotting themes before they become problems, and ensuring top talent feels seen, supported, and retained. You're coaching managers to be more effective every week and finding ways to do your work better, not just more. You'll initially be embedded in our Engineering organization, with scope evolving as the team grows.

Responsibilities

It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence. • $89,000 - $140,000 • Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $106,400. A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills.
