Requirements

Responsibilities
• Provide legal support to corporate clients by preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documents. • Draft correspondence for internal communication with the company's management team regarding client needs and updates on case progress. • Assist in research related to business transactions or litigation matters as required. • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information encountered during work duties.
