Responsibilities

• As Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement and Change, you will own the function that makes Wayflyer's revenue organisation measurably better at selling, retaining, and growing. That means building the programmes, systems, and team that make our Sales and Customer Success teams measurably better at their jobs. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations and work across Revenue Org to design and execute an enablement strategy that is grounded in data, aligned to business outcomes, and built for scale. • You will lead an exceptional team and your job is to keep it that way; raising the bar, developing the people, and building the enablement function that makes Wayflyer's revenue organisation AI-native and consistently exceeds our growth ambitions. • Lead and develop the Revenue Enablement team. Hire exceptional people, hold them to high standards, and invest genuinely in their growth and careers. • Own the full enablement roadmap: onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodology, coaching frameworks, and skills development across New Business, Customer Success and Business Partnerships. • Run a disciplined planning and operating cadence: quarterly plans, budget ownership, and structured reviews with Revenue leadership. • Own the revenue enablement technology stack. Evaluate tools, lead implementations, drive adoption, and be the expert in the room on what the landscape looks like and where it is heading. • Partner with business and XFN leaders to design programmes. Hear what they ask for, diagnose what they actually need, and deliver accordingly. Bring data and evidence to every senior conversation. • Lead change management for all Revenue org enablement initiatives. Think about adoption and behaviour change, not just programme launch. Build stakeholder alignment ahead of major changes and manage the rollout with rigour. • Work with external partners and specialists to bring in expertise and training capability where it does not exist in-house, knowing when to build internally and when to bring in the best. • Build and own business cases for enablement investment, with clear ROI frameworks that connect spend to revenue outcomes. • 🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit • You have likely carried a quota and sold in a B2B/Fintech environment. You know what selling feels like from the inside and it shapes everything about how you build enablement. • You have significant Revenue Enablement experience in a high-growth B2B environment, ideally at a scale-up or technology company. • You have hired, managed, and developed an enablement team. Your people have grown under your leadership. • You have a track record of connecting enablement programmes to measurable revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics. • You are deeply comfortable with data: you can build a scorecard, run a business review, and defend your numbers in front of very senior, very opinionated sales leaders. You hear what they ask for, give them what they need, and you are not a yes person. • You can sit in a room with very senior, very opinionated sales leaders, hear what they ask for, and give them what they need. You are not a yes person. • You know the revenue enablement technology landscape: AI coaching platforms, conversation intelligence, LMS, content management, sales engagement tools. You have implemented tools and driven real adoption at an organisational level. • You have a track record of driving adoption of programmes and tools, not just launching them. Experience leading change across a full revenue function is a strong advantage. • You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment where things change quickly. • 🤝 What to Expect After You Apply • What to Expect After You Apply • You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon. If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process. The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
