Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field. • Experience & Leadership: Approximately 5-15 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector. • Operational Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements. • Core Skills: Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. • Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Strategic Sourcing: Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management. • System Proficiency: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, with the ability to navigate Crusoe Industries’ Acumatica (ERP) system. • Sustainability Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and relevant regulations. • Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check. • Experience managing CapEx budgets in excess of $100 million. • Professional certification such as CPM, CSCP, or CPIM. • Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains. • Experience with Excel/Spreadsheet Data Modeling and Dashboarding. • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to increase personal productivity.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
