Crusoe - Senior Consultant, Load Interconnection (MISO/PJM)

• Education: Master’s degree in Power Systems with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in power systems. • Technical Expertise: Deep experience in grid planning, system modeling, and grid code compliance studies. • ISO/RTO Mastery: Strong working knowledge of MISO/PJM transmission topology and load interconnection methodologies. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think outside the box to identify POIs that offer the best path to interconnection for large-scale loads. • Communication: Excellent technical report writing and verbal communication skills. • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. • Experience with other ISO/RTO markets (e.g., CAISO, ERCOT, WECC, SERC). • Proficiency with power system simulation tools: PowerWorld Simulator, ETAP, TSAT, or ASPEN OneLiner. • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as R or Python for data analysis and automation.
