Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and clear reporting. • Detail-oriented with the ability to approach tasks methodically and ensure accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in the compliance field. • Ability to work well within a team, with excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Some exposure to compliance processes through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships is beneficial. • A basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks is advantageous. • Any exposure to corporate governance or risk management frameworks is a plus. • A dedicated workspace. • A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. • Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
Responsibilities
• Over the course of the program, you’ll have the chance to work directly with our Compliance team, assisting with real-world regulatory projects and compliance tasks. This role is perfect for students studying law, business, or a related field who want to apply their academic knowledge to practical challenges in the fintech space. • Assist in conducting research and analyzing regulations affecting the company’s operations. • Support the team with preparing and reviewing compliance documentation. • Assist with monitoring internal policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Contribute to cross-department projects and collaborate with different teams to support compliance goals.
