Requirements

Responsibilities
• Influence the design and architecture of scalable and performant full-stack solutions that meet product requirements and enhance user experience. • Champions and integrates AI tooling into team workflows, CI pipelines, code review • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. • Introduces frameworks, tools, and libraries that raise the bar on developer efficiency • Participate in product discovery sessions to assess feasibility, explore user needs, define product features, and validate ideas with prototypes and experiments. • Drive group-wide architectural improvements, with a focus on eliminating redundancy, complexity, and lowering overall technical debt. • Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across systems and services. • Contribute to the vision for the team and the platform as technical leader, identifying new and strategic technologies and technical investments that improve security, scalability, reliability, and performance. • Break down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks to drive successful outcomes. • Drives simplification of complex systems through shared tooling and design • Implement observability practices across the platform, including logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability and performance. • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimization efforts. • Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture and development processes. • Serve on our technical advisory group to help guide and provide feedback on critical technical decisions. • Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. • Identify performance bottlenecks and propose enhancements to optimize system performance and reliability. • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve the platform.
