Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or customer success, with at least 5–7 years in people management (leading managers or high-level individual contributors). • 5–7 years in people management • Proven Leadership: A track record of leading technical teams, with a focus on achieving revenue growth and operational excellence. • Proven Leadership: • Sales Alignment: Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to close complex deals. • Sales Alignment: • MEDDPICC • Technical Acumen: Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and observability.
