Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, primarily focused on backend services, with comfort working on frontend technologies. • Expertise in distributed systems and designing scalable services on Kubernetes. • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and message passing architectures (Kafka, Red Panda, gRPC/protobufs). • Advanced backend service and API development skills using modern programming languages (Python, Golang, Rust, Ruby). • Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: modularity, scalability, and separation of concerns. • Experience with frontend technologies, including Typescript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and React. • Proven ability to design and implement solutions using various database types (relational, columnar, document, vector). • Skilled at integrating observability and performance monitoring into all aspects of system design. • Ability to work across service, database, and infrastructure boundaries to address design and performance challenges.
