Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software engineering roles (Tech Lead, Full Stack, Front-End, Back-End, DevOps). • You have a background in a fast-paced recruitment agency. You are used to high volume, tight deadlines, and the "hustle" required to close competitive roles. • You have a "ready-to-go" pipeline of technical talent in LATAM and a deep understanding of the regional tech ecosystem. • You can confidently discuss technologies such as: • Front-End: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript. • Back-End: Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET. • Database/Infra: PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes. • Full professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
