Requirements

• 5-8 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM, sales, or commercial roles in a fast-growing company. • Experience hiring for high-volume or repeatable roles with clear success profiles. • Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach. • Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully through structured screens. • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.A strong sense of urgency—you like moving fast and getting things done. • Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Interest in growing your recruiting craft and taking on more responsibility over time. • Experience recruiting in SaaS, AI, or high-growth startups. • Familiarity with Lever or other modern ATS platforms. • Experience working in an in-office or hybrid environment. • Exposure to data-driven recruiting or pipeline analytics. • Interest in employer branding, candidate messaging, or improving hiring processes. • Competitive salary, commission, and meaningful equity in a high-growth startup • Clear, accelerated growth opportunities as the company scales rapidly • Strong in-person culture: 3–5 days/week in our newly launched North Beach loft office • Flexible PTO to fully recharge • 18 paid vacation days in the U.S. plus federal holidays • Annual learning & development budget • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • Frequent travel opportunities across the U.S., London, and Europe • Bi-annual company offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials

Responsibilities

• To be a part of the Encord team and contribute to GTM efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Encord's Global Technology Management organization. • Support technical leads in delivering high-quality software solutions for our customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Participate actively in the development of new features and enhancements to existing products as required by GTM priorities. • Engage regularly in customer feedback sessions to understand user needs and incorporate insights into product design decisions. • Attend weekly team meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other relevant gatherings to stay informed about project statuses and developments within the company. • Maintain open communication with stakeholders across different departments to facilitate smooth workflows between teams working on related projects or products. • Contribute ideas for process improvements that can enhance efficiency in software development lifecycle management, from ideation through deployment. • Assist junior developers and interns by providing guidance on best practices in coding standards and project methodologies as needed. • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement within the GTM team's processes or workflows for continuous enhancement opportunities.
