Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HRIS operations and assist with system requests • Help test system enhancements and validate HR data • Hands-on exposure to HR Technology, assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements • Learn from experienced professionals in a global HR Technology environment and gain exposure to industry-leading platforms such as Workday • global HR Technology environment • Workday • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Agoda’s people operations • Build a strong professional network and receive mentorship from experienced team members • strong professional network • Develop a strong foundation for a future career in HRIS or People Technology • HRIS or People Technology • What you'll Need to Succeed: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • Information Systems, HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations • HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others • Good English communication skills (verbal and written) • Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment • A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work • You’re creative, always looking for new ways to improve, and not afraid to think outside the box
