Responsibilities
• Negotiate bodily injury settlements with insurance carriers and adjusters, pushing for the strongest outcome on every file • Reduce and resolve medical liens • Build settlement breakdowns that reconcile gross recovery against fees, costs, and liens • Coordinate directly between carriers and subrogation companies, owning the back-and-forth • Carry a high volume of files, deadlines, and SLAs at once and follow up relentlessly when the other side goes quiet • YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU: • Have 2+ years in PI lien or settlement negotiation, BI adjusting, or paralegal work • Have coordinated lien resolution directly with subrogation companies (Medicare/Medicaid, ERISA, and health-plan vendors) • Bring a maniacal sense of urgency and extreme ownership by chasing the answer rather than waiting for it • Are highly organized and can juggle dozens of competing deadlines and SLAs • Are comfortable with AI tools and concepts
