Responsibilities
• Own Amazon channel performance across both brands, driving growth across sales, traffic, conversion, profitability and account health • Monitor performance data to identify risks and opportunities, making informed commercial decisions to improve outcomes • Develop and execute the Amazon trading plan across key moments including Prime Day, Black Friday and Christmas • Plan and coordinate promotions, pricing, stock readiness and campaign activity to maximise performance • Act as the main point of contact for the external Amazon agency, setting priorities, briefing clearly and holding delivery to account • Lead regular performance reviews with the agency, ensuring actions drive results rather than just reporting activity • Own the optimisation of listings including titles, imagery, keywords, A+ content and overall discoverability • Collaborate with internal teams to improve content quality and ensure catalogue hygiene is maintained • Support Amazon Ads performance, working with the agency to improve ROAS, TACOS, conversion and organic ranking • Manage pricing and promotions to balance competitiveness, customer appeal and margin delivery • Build clear weekly and monthly performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights • Support forecasting, launch planning and peak readiness across the Amazon channel • Work cross-functionally with Trading, Category, Brand, Finance, Operations and Customer teams to align activity and drive results • Bring Amazon insights into the wider business to influence product, range and commercial decisions
