Responsibilities
• Own and manage new starter onboarding, including preparing contracts and welcome materials, scheduling induction sessions, and ensuring all accounts, tools, and equipment are set up ahead of day one • Handle off-boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance • Oversee IT and equipment provisioning for new hires, including equipment and software licences, and maintain accurate asset tracking • Maintain and update internal systems, including HRIS, IT asset registers, access permissions, and shared documentation • Assist with system access changes and workspace setups for internal moves and team restructures • Manage day-to-day employee queries related to systems, tools, and onboarding, escalating where needed • Support office logistics, including desk setups, shared space management, and coordination with facilities and IT vendors • Help drive engagement by supporting internal initiatives around culture, wellbeing, learning & development, and DEI • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, updating documentation, and suggesting ways to streamline onboarding and operational workflows
