• In this role, you will also foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements across the accounting function. • 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting • 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with the ability to guide teams and ensure accurate, compliant accounting practices • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license, demonstrating deep technical accounting expertise • Experience in healthcare and/or high-growth startup environments • Background in Big 4 Public Accounting • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • We're serious about your well-being!
