Requirements

• 5+ years in a highly analytical role (Management Consulting, FP&A or Business Intelligence). • 5+ years • Proven experience in change management or post-merger integration. • change management • Expertise in SQL and advanced Data Visualization. • Data Visualization • A "detective" mindset: You enjoy the chaos of unorganized data and find satisfaction in bringing order to it. • Power User (Excel/Google Sheets): You don't just "know" Excel; you build robust, scalable models that others can actually use without breaking. • Power User (Excel/Google Sheets): • SQL Native: You are comfortable writing queries to extract insights from relational databases without needing a developer to hold your hand. • SQL Native: • The "So What?" Factor: You possess the rare ability to look at a pivot table and immediately articulate the business implication to a CEO. • The "So What?" Factor: • Financial Modeling: Advanced ability to build 3-statement models and DCFs in Excel, specifically tailored to integration scenarios. • Financial Modeling: • KPI Development: Experience defining and tracking SaaS or industry-specific metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, or Gross Margin) and linking them to operational drivers. • KPI Development: • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
