Responsibilities
• Own and improve onboarding operations. Manage the end-to-end operational onboarding process, including welcome communications, I-9 verification, swag coordination, and IT setup. They care more about outcomes than credit and stay close to the product and the people using it. • As our next People Operations Partner, you: • People Operations Partner • Have 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment. • Must be a Workday power user, comfortable handling transactions, running reports, and catching data issues early. • Are familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and Slab or Notion, and pick up new tools quickly. • Think in systems and enjoy improving processes. • Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully across teams. • Take ownership and follow through. • Care deeply about creating a great experience for every Whatnaut.
Benefits
• $113K – $125K • Offers Equity • The salary or hourly rate range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary or hourly rate will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
