Requirements

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies; • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on high-demand talent; • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative tools and methods; • Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience; • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and values, and provide strategic recruitment insights; • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel; • Innovate and utilize technology, including AI tools, to streamline sourcing and selection processes; • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s employer branding and align it with hiring strategies; • Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes, enhance the employer brand, and implement best practices.
