Requirements
• Strong experience in software development (full-stack) • You have built real products before (startup, side projects, or own ventures) • Solid understanding of software architecture and system design • A good design and UX intuition • Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern web/cloud stacks • Experience with AI or data-heavy systems is a plus, not a must • Founder Mindset (Important): • Comfortable with low salary in the early phase • Fast, pragmatic, and action-oriented • Willing to take responsibility and make decisions • Able to move fast and make responsible trade-offs in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
• Develop a working prototype of the Case Distribution Tool within six months that can be sold as an MVP with early customers already identified by Mindpeak founders and existing market validation. • Lead product development efforts to ensure rapid iteration based on customer feedback, aiming for scalability in one year's time when funded runway is secured. • Design the software architecture that supports efficient case routing within diagnostic labs while ensuring it can integrate with Mindpeak founders’ existing infrastructure and systems. • Implement user interface (UI) design principles to create an intuitive experience for pathologists, potentially using AI or data analytics features if applicable based on the product's needs. • Establish APIs and integrations that allow seamless communication between different components of the tool as well as with Mindpeak founders’ existing systems where necessary. • Manage a team to execute tasks related to software development, UI/UX design, system integration, testing, and quality assurance within set timelines for product milestones (MVP in 6 months). • Take ownership of the technical vision for the tool's evolution from an MVP towards scaling up operations.
