Requirements
• Strong knowledge of at least one OOP language (Java, Scala, or JavaScript preferred) • Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) • Exposure to UI and API automation layers • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, GitHub, and SonarQube • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure • Background as a developer • Performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools • DevOps knowledge and public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience migrating applications to cloud environments • Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean UX
Responsibilities
• Create, drive, and build test strategies that are robust, reusable, and scalable • Develop and manage test artefacts - plans, specifications, scripts, and reports • Manage test environments and generate consistent test data • Execute UI and API tests using modern automation tools and practices • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality-first delivery
