Requirements
• Proven sales leader experience with a track record of outperforming in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments • 4+ years leading teams in Strategic/Majors segments • Deep experience working with GSIs and security channel ecosystems • Strong, credible network across enterprise customers and partners in the region • Known for developing top talent, not just managing it • Experienced in winning large, complex enterprise deals • Analytical, operationally rigorous, and obsessed with execution • Equally comfortable setting strategy and closing deals • $220,000 - $250,000 a year • We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $220,000 to $250,000 annually.
Responsibilities
• Build High-Performance Teams • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise & Major Account Executives • Consistently elevate performance, turning strong reps into President’s Club winners • Build a bench of future leaders who go on to lead teams of their own • Win the Most Complex Deals • Lead strategy and execution across large, multi-threaded enterprise opportunities • Navigate and win within highly complex buying environments • Partner with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and top security channel partners to unlock and accelerate deals • Expand Market Presence • Drive net-new logo penetration across the region • Expand existing accounts by helping customers realize full platform value • Position Saviynt’s cloud-native, AI-powered platform as mission-critical • Operate with Precision • Build a predictable, metrics-driven revenue engine • Drive disciplined execution across pipeline, forecasting, and deal strategy • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): • > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy • > Incident Response Policy/Procedures • > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures • > Mobile Device Policy • > Account Management Policy • > Access Control Policy • > Personnel Security Policy • > Privacy Policy • Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
